Monthly Statements

In order to download or print monthly statements the cardholder must login to www.citimanager.com/login through one of the methods provided below. If you have not already created an account than you can register and setup your account online through the same links. You can also sign up for text message alerts related to your account through your Citibank login.

  • Citibank: Login from a desktop or laptop
  • Citibank: Login from a mobile device

 

How to View Statements Within Citimanager

  • CitiManagerClassic
    • From the Home screen, click the Statement tab
    • Your card account(s) statement displays
    • To view a previous billing statement, from the Statement date drop-down list, select the desired statement
    • The desired billing statement displays
  • CitiManager Mobile
    • From the Account Summary screen, click the Last Statement button
    • The Statement Summary screen displays for the billing cycle with transaction-level detail
    • If you have more than 20 transactions, press the More link that displays on the bottom right corner of the screen
    • The next 20 transactions will display for the billing cycle.
    • *NOTE: Continue to click the More link until all transactions are displayed and the More link no longer Printing Statements 

 

How to View Transactions Within Citimanager

  • CitiManager Classic
    • From the Home Screen, expand the screen button (by clicking on the button located on the left of theTransactions Since Last Statement section header)
    • The transaction information displays below the Transactions Since Last Statement section header
    • To view additional transactions, click the Show Additional Transactions link (located below and to the right of the Transactions Since Last Statement section)
    • Additional transactions will display (if applicable
  • CitiManager Mobile
    • From the Account Summary screen, click the New Activity button
    • The New Activity screen displays for the current billing cycle with transaction-level detail
    • If you have more than 20 transactions, press the More link that displays on the bottom right corner of the screen
    • The next 20 transactions will display for the billing cycle
    • *NOTE: Continue to click the More link until all transactions are displayed and the More link no longer displays
