Campus Center Renovation Completed
Over the summer, the facilities planning design and construction department working with campus services oversaw the renovations of the lower level of the campus center. The renovations included a completely renovated UMASS pass counter, a new front door to the bookstore, and a new terrazzo floor. The new counter area is a more efficient layout to help improve service. The flooring is complete with a corsairs logo and includes the stairs into the first floor. Sal Filardi, Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities comments, "The complete renovation transforms the space into a real front door for the University."
