Coach Bryant said a lot in that statement! When people think that success happens overnight, they probably are unaware of the planning and implementation that went into making it look easy and seamless when it's successful! I want to Thank all of you for the wonderful successes that we are highlighting in this newsletter, it has taken a lot of hard work!
As you all know, the Customer Satisfaction Survey for Administration and Finance has identified areas in which we can improve many of our processes in order to provide improved quality service delivery. Some of these areas include procurement procedures (highlighted in this issue), the transparency of our budgeting practices, hiring processes, and facility services. We have been working with many of our campus colleagues collaboratively to enhance these processes. We want to Thank all of the folks who have participated in helping us address these areas. I look forward to sharing more changes in the near future!
