Get Involved

Orientation Leaders

We believe that the best education involves more than academics. We want you to become involved in clubs, programs, and activities—on and off campus—to meet all sorts of people, continue with old interests, and explore new ones.

With more than 70 student organizations, there's sure to be a club (or two) that will appeal to you. Clubs vary in nature, from recreational, to academic and professional, to social activism.

MacLean Campus Center

The Campus Center is where you'll eat or have coffee, and buy books and magazines; where bands and other performers appear; where you can watch TV, attend a club meeting, read, study, or just hang out.

Reach out

The Career Resource Center's community service programs steer students to volunteer initiatives or social service groups, some of which offer for-credit or work-study programs. Students are encouraged to participate in events such as Make a Difference Day, join groups like Habitat for Humanity, and help others through organizations like America READS.
