SRTA, the Southeastern Regional Transit Authority, serves Fall River, New Bedford and area towns. Routes serving the UMass Dartmouth campuses include:
- New Bedford Route 1, serving SMAST
- New Bedford Route 10, serving the Dartmouth Mall and UMass Law
- Fall River/New Bedford Route 9, serving UMass Dartmouth and UMass Law
The Fall River terminal stop is one block from UMass Dartmouth's PCE Building, located at 139 South Main Street, Fall River.
