Cost: $30 Cash or Check only
Insurance: If you have one of the following insurances it can be billed in lieu of the above cost: Aetna,Tufts,Harvard Pilgrim,Fallon,BCBS of Rhode Island,Summa Care & Medicare Part B Pneumonia Shots are also available for $40 If you are under 18 please come to Health Services for a consent form that must be signed by a parent. You must then bring that form to the clinic in order to receive the vaccine. |
