UMass Dartmouth uses a great deal of energy, paper and toner. Much of these resources are used in classrooms and offices on campus as part of the business of teaching and learning. As we have seen from the success of last year's energy savings campaign, individual choices and behavior have a profound influence on energy consumption.
If you are interested in reducing your personal resource consumption, this workshop is for you. It provides practical suggestions and software tools for reducing your energy and paper use in and out of the classroom. It explores which equipment uses the most energy, and how to get the most out of the resources you really need to use. |
