Student organizations, departments, faculty, administration, and off-campus organizations can reserve spaces at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth through the Conferencing and Functions Office. You can view the available spaces and their available dates here http://www.umassd.edu/calendar/reservit/webviewer. The use of these spaces is free for student organizations, departments, faculty and administration, while off-campus organizations will be charged a fee which varies from space to space.
Only authorized members of active student organizations, faculty and staff will have access. If you are a student organization representative please check with your organization's executive board to determine who is authorized to make reservations on behalf of your organization. Student organization E-Board members must register with the SAIL Office to be granted access to ReservIt.
University departments, representatives and recognized student organizations seeking to use campus facilities to hold an event must:
- Already have UMass Dartmouth email credentials (username and password) in order to utilize the web requester for ReservIt
- Proceed to the web viewer by doing the following:
- Navigate to the university home page: www.umassd.edu
- Click on the Quick Links (Q Links) drop down menu, select ReservIt, and follow the instructions on the ReservIt site
After submitting your ReservIt request, you will receive an email with a reference number so you can check the status of your request.
Your reservation is only a request until you receive an email notifying you that your event has been approved and the status changed to confirmed.
