The Technical Services Department offers a variety of equipment and services for events here on campus. Our staff is ready to help make your event a success through the use of professional audio, lighting and projection equipment and techniques. Faculty, staff, and student organizations can reserve our services through the reservit system for any space that Campus Services supports.
Equipment we offer:
- Podiums and microphones (including wireless hand-held mics, wireless clip-on mics and instrument mics)
- CD Players
- DVD Players
- Lightning (theatrical, concert, and dance)*
- Slide projectors, remote, carousel
- Overhead projectors
- TV / VCR on cart
- Projection screens

Use of equipment for on-campus organizations is free of charge, however ALL technical equipment requires a member of the Technical Services staff to be hired for the duration of the event. Pricing estimates for services and labor are available from Greg Paciulan.
