How do I address a package for delivery to a student who lives on campus?

How will the student be notified that the package has arrived?
- Students will be notified using their University email account when packages or other items too large for the mailbox arrive. Once notified, packages may be picked up at the Student Package Pickup Service area located on the ground floor of the Campus Center, Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 4:30pm. Students must show their University ID for identity verification to pick up packages.
What happens to packages that aren't picked up?
- Packages that are not picked up within 10 business days will be returned to sender to ensure timely pick-up and to create the necessary space for student packages arriving daily. Costs incurred to return packages will be charged to the sender. Students will be responsible for any charges that cannot be billed to the sender. A hold will be placed on the student's University account until the balance due is paid in full.
How can a student send a package out?
- Arrangements for outgoing package pick-up or express mail may be made with on campus mail services, located in the basement of the College of Visual and Performing Arts building.
