Student Events

STEP 1: 

1. Complete an “Event Request Form" available via the following link http://www.umassd.edu/campusservices/eventrequest/ no later than twenty business days in advance of the proposed date of your event.

2. Once you have received email confirmation that your event has been approved by the following constituents:

  • Department of Public Safety
  • Student Activities Involvement and Leadership(SAIL) formerly OSA
  • The requested facilities manager or designee
  • Campus services, to include Operations and Dining Servies as appropriate

It is the responsibility of these departments to respond within 1 business day of receipt of the request.  Please contact the Conference and Events Planning Office if you do not receive a response within this time frame.

STEP 2: 

Please complete the following ReservIT Request form and return the form to the Conference and Events office or via email to erin.boyle@umassd.edu to begin the reservation process.
