UMD Policy Regarding Unpaid Internships

It is the policy of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employers offering internships are asked to comply with all terms contained within the Act when determining whether an internship is to be offered as paid or unpaid.
