Current Master of Public Policy student Jason Hill presenting a paper co-authored with Professor Chad McGuire. The presentation followed the keynote speech by Senator Richard Blumenthal and was focused on coastal adaptation strategies in light of Fifth Amendment 'regulatory' takings consideration.

Prior to their presentation, both Professor McGuire and Jason were engaged with other attendees and the organizer in discussions about various topics relating to coastal climate change adaptation.
