He has made 458 radio appearances and 323 television appearances, particularly on questions related to state and regional economic development, Massachusetts public policy, and gaming policy.
He has also delivered invited expert testimony to the Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire and Rhode Island state legislatures, committees of the US Congress, the E.P.A., and other government agencies.
