Sarah is in her fourth year at UMass Dartmouth where she teaches the Industrial Organization sequence as well as Intermediate and Principles of Microeconomics. Her research focuses on the effects of regulations on imperfectly competitive markets and government regulation of transportation. She came to UMass Dartmouth from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) in Washington, DC where she worked for one year after completing her MA and Ph.D. in Economics from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
