Graduate Professional Writing Program
Graduate students in the Professional Writing Program receive a solid background in rhetorical and communication theories, and extensive writing and editing experience. Our goal is to prepare students for the realities and challenges of the writing profession through a broad-based writing Master's program. This allows students to focus in their main areas of interest while encouraging them to pursue courses in other areas of study in order to become more versatile writers. Our areas of study include:

- Electronic Publishing and Web Design
- Public Relations
- Screenwriting
- Writing Instruction
- Grant Writing
- Creative Writing
