The new online Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree is an attractive option if you’re seeking employment in state, federal, and municipal governments, non-profit organizations, and business, trade, and labor associations. It also helps you advance your career in public policy or further your studies in the policy field.
UMass Dartmouth's Department of Public Policy offers you the opportunity to work with and learn from scholars who actively engage with policymakers in federal, state, and local government and non-governmental organizations on a regular basis.
The Department of Public Policy also offers three graduate certificates:
Successful completion of any of these certificates waives the GRE requirement for admission to the MPP degree program. In addition, each certificate class with a grade of 3.0 (B average) or higher will be accepted into the MPP program.
UMass Dartmouth has demonstrated a commitment to supporting student veterans on campus and in their careers, earning the elite Military Friendly® designation for 2015. See our Veterans page to learn more about the benefits available to you.
