| Professor Wasby's research focuses on the U.S. courts of appeals, particularly the Ninth Circuit. He is author of several books, including The Supreme Court in the Federal Judicial System and Race Relations Litigation in an Age of Complexity. He has also authored and/or co-authored articles in a wide variety of journals, including Judicature, Justice System Journal, Law and Courts, Law and Society Review, and the Journal of Public Law. Wasby is the former editor-in-chief of Justice System Journal, and he is Professor Emeritus at the University at Albany-SUNY. Email: wasb@albany.edu
