The Audience Pre-registration Form will allow you access to all 3 days of the session, as well as the Keynote dinner with John Stossel and a free lunch on that day. The $100 fee covers all these costs. Please note that people can sign up for panel discussions at the conference on a first come, first serve basis.

The Keynote Dinner Registration form covers only the dinner and the Keynote presentation. Registration cost is $50.00. Please note that you must register for this dinner beforehand. There will be no last minute registrations. Registrations for this dinner are due by February 10th at the latest.
