Your ePortfolio account should be purchased through the Campus Online Bookstore: http://umdcampusstore.com/Merchandise.aspx. You will receive instruction on how to proceed by email once you have
purchased an account.
At your first login, you will have access to the Chalk and Wire user manual. It is advised that you download the manual.
Students still having problems after consulting the manual should contact Arun Ghimire (CCB ePortfolio Techncial Support) at aghimire@umassd.edu. Arun is the only person who can provide technical
support.
General questions regarding the Charlton College of Business eportfolio project, requirements, ideas on what should or should not by included in the portfolio, etc. should be addressed to

Click on the User Guide written by the software developer to receive guidelines for general use and/or for the open portfolio. Use the user guide to troubleshoot, or click on the Student Help Guide found on the Services page of the C&W website (just after you log in). Use your name and this password for help: ep2help. Tutorials are also available online in the C&W Student Help area (Services page).

For technical assistance from Chalk & Wire, call toll free (1-866-949-6800) from 9 am to 5 pm, M-F or email: support@chalkandwire.com from 9-9 on M-F. During these hours, you will have a response within 2 hours. At other times, you can expect a response within 24 hours.
