Your ePortfolio account should be purchased through the Campus Online Bookstore:  http://umdcampusstore.com/Merchandise.aspx. You will receive instruction on how to proceed by email once you have purchased an account.

At your first login, you will have access to the Chalk and Wire user manual.  It is advised that you download the manual.

Students still having problems after consulting the manual should contact Azaa Chuluunbat (CCB ePortfolio Techncial Support) at achuluunbat@umassd.edu. Azaa is the only person who can provide technical support.  Response time: 24 hours weekdays; 48 hours weekends.

CHALK & WIRE Support

Reference the Chalk & Wire User Guide written by the software developer to receive guidelines for general use and/or for the open portfolio. Use the user guide to troubleshoot, or click on the Student Help Guide found on the Services page of the C&W website (just after you log in).
