Adam J. Sulkowski is an Assistant Professor of Business Law at the Charlton College of Business. He has previously taught at Harvard and Boston College. Prior to joining the faculty of UMass Dartmouth, he was director of an education center for two years and a regional director for a for-profit education company. He also served as a regional field director of a senatorial and presidential campaign. He received his B.A. in Government with a minor in International Relations from the College of William & Mary. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Boston College. His areas of specialization include corporate law, commercial law, international arbitration, environmental law and international trade and investment. His research and analyses have been published in Mealey’s International Arbitration Report and at Columbia University and University of Virginia. He has also presented at McGill University. He is a member of the New York bar and Massachusetts bar. He has practiced at international law firms, non-profit organizations and in-house at a major entertainment company.
