Information on admission as a graduate student can be viewed online here.

Students who have been admitted to the MBA program need to register for their respective terms. Please download and print the appropriate form:

• Winter Intercession 2008 Registration Form (PDF).
• Spring 2008 Registration Form (PDF).

For students who have NOT been admitted to the MBA program: *You must have permission to take classes as a non-degree special student from the MBA Coordinator. To request approval to take a limited number of courses under a non-degree status, download and print this Non-Degree Special Student registration form.  SpecialStudent.pdf.
