About CITS
Computing and Information Technology Services (CITS) is in the Division of Library Services Information Resources and Technology with Robert W. Green as Vice Chancellor.
In the fast-paced world of information technology (IT), it is critical that an IT department be organized to respond rapidly to changes in technology. UMass Dartmouth’s Computing and Information Technology department (CITS) is organized around a flexible team structure that ensures the ability to adapt to diverse and evolving campus IT needs.
UMass Dartmouth has an extensive array of computing and information technology support services. They are under the administration of Donna R. Massano, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Computing and Information Technology, to service the computing and information technology needs of the UMass Dartmouth community. A team approach provides unified services in the following six areas: IT Service Center, lab and classroom operations, IT development, instructional development, networking and systems, and operations and access.
