Student email accounts
All entering students receive post card notification of the URL (web site address) for the New Student Activation page.
Email is an official means of communication at UMass Dartmouth, so check your email through the myUMassD portal as soon as possible. Students should also familiarize themselves with the Responsible/Acceptable Use of Computing Services and Email Communications policies.
If you have questions about the UMassD Logon account, contact CITS Access Management via email or by calling 508.999.8532 (x8532).
Faculty and staff email access
You may activate your UMassD Logon issued to you by CITS Access Management.
If you don't know your UMassD Logon, please contact Access Management via email or by calling 508.999.8532 (x8532).
Note: Faculty members can send email to their classes by using the class rosters in COIN. For more information, visit the COIN faculty information under Help in the myUMassD portal. CITS is not able to provide email lists for this population.
