Request FTP Access

This form is for gaining FTP access to your site, so that you may update and maintain the content on your own. If you do not have a site, you need to request a new site. If you have or had FTP access and are having problems, please use the feedback form to detail the issue so that we can help you.

Requesting an FTP Account Form

We require all account requesters give their name, phone, email, and the department they are affiliated with. We will check this information against our user database. In addition, put down a reason why you want access to this folder. Because of the power FTP account holders have with access to our server, and to help reduce errors and issues that can arise, we try to limit the number of accounts for any one site. Doing this lets us know who is responsible for what content, who we can contact in case an issue arises, and helps us track down any problems and errors that may arise.

Please make sure to put down what folder you want access to. A URL is fine, simply make it to the base folder you want access to, i.e., if you wanted access to the Financial Aid site, you would put in "http://www.umassd.edu/financialaid/" or "www.umassd.edu/financialaid/".
