The CITS/Instructional Development team promotes and supports the use of instructional technologies across all teaching/learning environments (face-to-face, blended and fully-online classrooms). This mission is set within pedagogical perspectives that encourage deep reflection on teaching and critical evaluation of learning. The Instructional Development team assists faculty in learning software from simple presentation tools such as PowerPoint to our complex course management system, myCourses.

Each semester the Instructional Development team offers a variety of workshops in instructional technology including myCourses course management, online pedagogy and multimedia teaching and learning technologies.
Stop by during any of our drop in sessions for assistance with online course design (fully online or blended) and development, multimedia and technology integration and design and technical assistance using myCourses. No appointment necessary. All Drop in sessions are held in Claire T. Carney Library, room 242.
