Teaching in a CITS Computer Classroom

Faculty or instructors may reserve a computer classroom if your students need access to computers during class time. You can make a reservation for a single session, or for the entire semester depending on your needs. Our facilities are limited, so we urge you to get your requests in early!

Note: Single session reservations must be made one week in advance.

Deadlines for software requests

In order to allow adequate time to install and test specialized software, CITS needs to receive software media, licensing information and documentation by the following dates:

For Fall semester: May 1
For Spring semester: November 1
For Summer semesters: March 1

Generally a two week turn-around timeframe should be expected if software is requested to be installed after these dates. CITS will make every effort to install requested software as soon as possible.
