STARR    Day treatment program for adolescents, an independent living program for male adolescents, and an independent livng program for female adolescents, all in Fall River.   Also a short-term residential program for adolescents in New Bedord.  Make contact early as they need to do their own CORI and reference checks and this takes time.   They also require a resume.

Children's Connections      This is a May Institute Program, under a DMH contract.   They require 3 days of training in Randolph (2 half-days and 1 full day) for which they reimburse $100 to volunteer.

Taunton State Hospital     Make contact early as they need to do their own CORI check and orientation and this takes time.

Students will interact with adult patients in a variety of recreational, vocational, and educational settings, and may participate in greenhouse, crafts, cooking, games, nail care, or exercise activities.   Students who would like to share their own individual interests
and talents are also welcome.
