In December 2005, students participating in Compeer for academic credit decided to form a student club or organization whose mission would be to support Southcoast Compeer.   Sherry White, Tina Curtis, Justin Pottle and Angela Catanese were elected officers and developed a constitution for the organization.   The Club held one fundraiser that year and co-sponsored a Compeer movie night with PsyChi.
