Somatic Voicework™ The LoVetri Method is based upon vocal function aimed at helping singers find and use the sounds that they want to sing in a healthy free manner. About Somatic Voicework™ The LoVetri Method
Somatic Voicework™ is a system of pedagogy organized around vocal function and based upon voice science and health. It promotes self-knowledge, musical intuition, and the artistic uniqueness of each person and voice. It enhances aural and physical perception and kinesthetic awareness and can be adapted to fit each professional’s individual needs. It draws from many diverse disciplines including those of classical vocal pedagogy as well as dance, acting, speech pathology, yoga, and Alexander Technique™. It is particularly useful in CCM styles but can also be used in classical singing.
Receive Your Level 1 Somatic Voicework™ Certification
Level 1 Certification is for anyone who currently works with or desires to work with CCM styles. It presents an organized pedagogical approach based upon vocal function and the principles of voice science and medicine. Level 1 Certification is designed to educate the eyes and ears of voice professionals about the healthy use of the voice in any CCM style. Through live and recorded examples, program participants will develop enhanced perception, sharpened aural discrimination and increased accuracy of the diagnosis of vocal health and production issues.
