The Bioengineering department has established the following requirements for students inside and outside the college who want to transfer to the BNG major.
- Average GPA: 2.5 and above, and
- Having taken Calculus I and II with grades C and above, and
- Having taken Chemistry I and II with grades C and above.
- If the student performed well (B and above) in Calculus I and Chemistry I, the required "C and above" for Calculus II and Chemistry II can be waived.
These requirements do not apply to the following students:
- who are EGR undeclared;
- who transfer from BCC.
