Connect to remote desktop
Enter in the computer name or IP address of the lab computer you wish to use. The CIS machines are named in the following format.
- cis303-01
- cis303-02
- cis303-03
- cis303-04
- cis303-05
- ...
- cis303-25
- cis311-01
- cis311-02
- cis311-03
- cis311-04
- cis311-05
- ...
- cis311-25
Make Sure you are connecting to the proper Domain UMD_CIS or cis.umassd.edu either is correct
Only connect to these machines after lab hours. There is always the chance another user may log you off or restart your machine while you are using it. So please save your work to your Z: drive as you go.
