Periodically, the ECE Department receives from the Admissions Office the student folders that have been accepted for transfer. The ECE department is responsible for providing an evaluation of the credits the transfer student will receive on a Transfer Evaluation form and returning the form and folder to Admissions. The ECE Department keeps a copy of this transfer evaluation form which is included in the department folder that is created when the student enrolls. When the student enrolls at the University, the Admissions folder, including the Transfer Evaluation form, is transferred to the Registrar. This folder is then maintained by the Registrar throughout the student's tenure at the University.
