Thermally Convective Blanket

This is a study of fluid flow out of a channel bounded by a perforated plate. This project is an experimental and numerical project. It was motivated by interest in the thermally convective blanket, a new device used to warm patients after surgery. This convective blanket warms the patient by blowing warm air directly on him/her. This objective of this project is to characterize the exit flow from the blanket and control the heat delivery to the patient.
