Forms
The following forms can be downloaded here, and should be filed with the Graduate Program Director:
Dr. Jianyi Jay Wang, Graduate Program Director (508.999.9136)
- Intention of Track form. The Physics M.S. has three tracks: M.S. with Thesis, M.S. with Research Project, and M.S. with Comprehensive Exam. File this form with the Graduate Program Director to state which track you are pursuing.
- Thesis Committee form. If pursuing the M.S. with Thesis, this form should be filed at least 4 months (and preferably 6 to 8 months) before the student is expected to finish the program. The completed form should be submitted to the Graduate Program Director together with a thesis prospectus that outlines the research project.
- Thesis Defense form. This form is filled out by the Thesis committee upon completion of the Oral Defense of the Thesis.
