On Campus Certificate Programs

Accounting Certificate

The post-baccalaureate certificate in Accounting is a one-year (30-credit) certificate program for students who have already earned bachelor's degrees in other fields. There are two post-baccalaureate accounting certificate tracks, depending on whether your undergraduate degree is in business or another field.

 

Teaching Initial Licensure - Middle

Teaching Initial Licensure is a comprehensive interdisciplinary program is designed to provide students with the background, tools, and knowledge necessary to engage in effective and creative teaching in today’s K-12 classroom.

Applied Behavioral Analysis Certificate

The Applied Behavioral Analysis Certificate Program (Post-Master’s) is a one-year, 15-credit program with an optional 6-credit practicum. Please note: students can choose to complete this program at their own pace. It is not a requirement that it be completed in one year; however, it is expected that students will complete this program on a timely basis. It is offered under the direction of the UMass Dartmouth Psychology Department and courses are approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®). The certificate program meets the course content requirement to sit for the BACB® exam. Applicants should be familiar with the BACB® standards.

 

 

Web and Interaction Design Certificate

The post-baccalaureate certificate in Web and Interaction Design emphasizing usability (how people read, navigate, and interact with web-based information), accessibility (web standards, HTML, CSS), and findability, the program enhances a candidate’s current knowledge of art and design with classes in Information Architecture, Typographic Web Design, and Designing User Experiences.
