Basic Eligibility

In order to be considered for financial aid, you must be a regular student and meet the following eligibility requirements:

• a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen;
• enrolled in a degree-seeking or eligible certificate program at least half-time;
• making satisfactory academic progress in a program of study;
• not in default on any federal educational loans or have not borrowed more than federal limits allow;
• do not owe a refund on any federal educational grant;
• are registered with Selective Service (if required);
• have a social security number;
• have a high school diploma or GED.
