Work-Study

Federal Work-Study Program is awarded by Financial Aid Services. Eligibility is based on financial need and is available to students enrolled at least half-time. Students will receive a bi-weekly paycheck for the number of hours worked at an hourly pay rate. The amount awarded from Federal Work-Study will not be applied to your semester bill.

Students are responsible for finding their own job.

Students who do not plan to work for the Fall semester must submit a deferment by completing the deferment section on the reverse side of the award letter and returning it to our office by October 1 if they wish to work for the Spring semester. Otherwise, students who do not appear on the work-study payroll by October 1 will have their entire academic year work-study award cancelled.
