• The Administrative & Fiscal Services office is located in the Foster Administration Building in Room 228

• Payroll, along with Accounts Payable and Budgeting, are also located in the Foster Administration Building in Room 228

Where is the Office of the Bursar located?

• The Office of the Bursar is located on the second floor of the Foster Administration Building, adjacent to the Administrative & Fiscal Services Office

How can I view the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth Financial Aid information?

• You can do so by visiting the Financial Aid website of UMass Dartmouth

How can I view the Financial Statements and Policies of the University?

• You can view the University's financial statements, audits, policies and download and print other helpful forms by clicking the left hand side of the webpage entitled "Policies, Forms, & Financials"

When using the Manual Check Request Form, what are the proper uses of this University Cash Fund?

• The only uses for this fund are as follows: 
       a. Travel Allowance (you may also use these two forms pertaining to travel:
                       1. Travel Authorization Form (note: for Quick Trip forms, contact Accounts Payable)
                       2. Travel Disbursement Form (PeopleSoft Forms page)
       b. Emergency items affecting health & safety
       c. Emergency expenses governed by Trustee Policy
       d. Emergency student/resident loan (subject to campus based policy)

How do I view Administrators' email addresses, telephone extensions, or job descriptions?

• All Administrative & Fiscal, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, PeopleSoft, and Office of the Bursar Administrators' information is located under "Staff"

Where do I pay my parking tickets?

• You can pay your parking tickets at the Office of the Bursar
