Reservations

Catering services are available seven days a week at any location on the UMD campus as well as off premise. (Campus Related) All functions are booked through the Conference and Functions Office at 508.999.8143 or 508.999.8139. In most cases it is advisable to schedule space and discuss catering arrangements two weeks prior to the event. However, beverage breaks may be scheduled with twenty-four hour notices; small receptions and meals may be provided with confirmation three business days prior to the event. For large events or those requiring extra special needs or attention, please call at least one month prior to the event. For most functions one to two weeks is sufficient notice.
