Email Anti-Spam
There is now an anti-spam and anti-virus system in place to protect all UMass Dartmouth
email accounts. This system will automatically discard email containing viruses and
will quarantine email that is determined to be spam.
You will receive notification if you have email in quarantine. If you desire to release
this/these quarantined email(s), simply follow the directions in that message.
You may also login to this system interactively by visiting the following website: https://spamcatcher.umassd.edu:28080
Login using the same username and password that you use for your UMass Dartmouth
email account.
If you wish to opt-out of the anti-spam quarantine system:
- login to https://spamcatcher.umassd.edu:28080
- click on "Options"
- select "Disable all spam and offensive content blocking for my messages."
- click on "Save"
If you wish to not receive quarantine notifications:
- login to https://spamcatcher.umassd.edu:28080
- click on "Options"
- de-select "Notify me periodically of messages that have been blocked."
- click on "Save"
