Fall 2013 Updates
For the first two weeks of the fall semester, Housing will be implementing a Room Freeze. Student moves will not be processed, except in the event of administrative reassignments.
In order to get on the room change list, students need to see the Resident Director of their building. Resident Directors will add student names to the Room Change request list, which will be processed by the Central Housing Office as the semester progresses.
Students who wish to change their housing to a 10- or 12-month contract should come to the Housing Office in Oak Glen Hall in order to fill out a 10/12 month contract.
Students who are not enrolled in full-time classes, but who want to contiunue living on campus should come to the Housing Office in Oak Glen Hall in order to fill out a "Less Than Full Time Status Appeal" form.
Students who wish to change their meal plan can do so through Campus Services in the Campus Center. Please go to the UMass Pass office (next to the bookstore) before September 20th.
