Cedar Dell

Cedar Dell South and West were completely remodeled and had their grand re-openings in 2007 and 2008.

The Cedar Dell community offers a townhouse style living. Each townhouse has two private entrances and includes:

• six single bedrooms with a bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet
• kitchen with appliances which includes a oven, cook top, full sized refrigerator and plenty of cabinets to share
• living room with a couch and coffee tables
• dining area with a table and six chairs
• one half bath down stairs and one full bathroom upstairs

Cedar Dell also has a student Community Center located in the middle of the complex, which features:
• community lounge
• billiard table
• ping pong table
• television
• laundry facilities
• student mailboxes
