12 Month (year-round) Housing – in Cedar Dell West apartments
This Housing theme will be attractive to those students who prefer or need campus housing during academic break periods. Cedar Dell West will be made available for year-round occupancy. Students choosing 12 month housing may remain in their assigned rooms through break periods (Thanksgiving, Intersession, Spring, Summer).

Substance Awareness Housing – in Roberts, Pine Dale and Evergreen Halls
This housing theme accommodates students who desire a substance free environment. Many students electing this type of housing practice a substance free lifestyle, are recovering from substance abuse or have been adversely effected by substance abuse. Students wishing to live in this community agree not to consume alcohol, use illicit drugs or introduce any harmful substances into the designated environment.
Quiet Housing – in Roberts, Pine Dale and Evergreen Halls
This housing theme creates an environment conducive to a quiet lifestyle. The students and staff who reside in this designated location recognize the shared responsibility to consistently give priority to quiet academic pursuits. Residents maintain a quiet living atmosphere 24 hours a day, Sunday through Thursday. Non-quiet hours are established for the weekend.
Graduate Housing – in Cedar Dell West apartments
This housing theme designates an environment specifically for graduate students. In light of graduate student concentrated work loads, this designation will afford the graduate student greater opportunity to team work and exchange philosophies and principals. Additionally, living directly on campus has the advantages of proximity to all University facilities and resources.
