The UMass system campuses have engaged “Get Inclusive” to administer our online Non-Discrimination and Sexual Harassment training. Effective January 10, 2022, all newly-hired faculty and staff will be required to complete a combined Harassment and Title IX training course offered through Get Inclusive within forty-five (45) days of their date of hire as mandated by Massachusetts state law (M.G.L.2979) (“An Act Relative to Sexual Violence on Higher Education Campuses).  You will receive an email invitation from Get Inclusive to access this course. Get Inclusive tracks your progress automatically, so there is no need to forward a certificate of completion to Human Resources.

If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Human Resources at 508-910-6474 or 508-999-8080.
