Leadership Gifts Officer

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking a Leadership Gifts Officer to provide leadership, development and coordination of a comprehensive major gifts program to provide unrestricted and programmatic support to the University.  Working with volunteers, staff and campus administrators, the Leadership Gifts Officer focuses on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts of $1,000 and above. This position designs, implements and evaluates all aspects of the Annual Fund program, and coordinates the activities of staff, consultants and volunteers.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, previous annual fund and major gift fundraising experience with direct experience working with volunteers. Previous supervisory experience. Successful and verifiable fund raising track record.
