**Organizational Structure**
International Level: At the International level office bearers will be a President, Vice-President, General Secretary, and Treasurer elected for a 2 year term. Regional Level Regional and State level chapters may be formed with a minimum membership of 100. Office bearers will be President, Vice-President, General Secretary, and Treasurer elected for a 2 year term. Local Chapters Local chapters at University level may be formed with a minimum of 12 members. Office bearers will be President, Vice-President, General Secretary, and Treasurer elected for a 2 year term. Except for the Founding office bearers at the International level, all other officers will be elected by general members.
