The Annual Fund Phone-a-thon? Coming Soon to a Phone Near You!!!

In the heart of campus is a room that Sunday through Thursday evenings buzzes with students' excitement and energy.

This team of students has joined the Advancement Office's efforts to keep in touch with alumni, parents and friends of UMass Dartmouth to inform them of new changes occurring at UMass Dartmouth and to ask them to support UMass Dartmouth's Annual Fund.

During the fall and spring semesters these Ambassadors for UMass Dartmouth spend three hours in the Phone-a-thon room speaking with alumni, parents, and friends of UMass Dartmouth to increase Annual Fund participation while establishing ties with those who are unable to come back to campus.

Thus far, the Phone-a-thon has been a great way to re-connect with alumni, parents, and friends. In fact, these students are the key element to increasing Annual Fund participation.

Our callers value the quality of the education they receive at UMass Dartmouth and are committed to helping maintain and improve the UMass Dartmouth experience for our current and future students. This is the reason our Phone-a-thon callers are not only calling alumni and friends to ask for support, but they are also calling to thank them for the great opportunities and experiences they are receiving at UMass Dartmouth.
