2007 Fundraising Highlights 

• Claire T. Carney Library - $4,500,000 
            Raised for renovations.
• Portuguese-American Archives – $1,500,000
  Raised to support the activities of the Portuguese-American Archives held in the UMass Dartmouth Library.
• Charlton College of Business - $3,000,000
            Challenge pledge for a new addition.

The Commonwealth encourages each campus to increase its private fundraising through the Public Education Endowment Incentive Program. All new endowments of $25,000 or more will be matched to the extent of fifty-percent when funds become available by legislative vote.
